Pros

Free food, that’s about it.

Cons

This company will overwork you and under pay you. Good luck getting a break and most of the stores are so short staffed that every day is just miserable and chaotic. I have been employed here for 6 years and it has been the same money hungry company ever since Steve Ells left. They promote anyone who is not cut out to be management resulting in a high turnover rate. Consistently breaks minor laws because we are short staffed. I would recommend finding a company that will value more and not work you to the bone. I have opened the store with one other person and upper managements Response is to just do my best. Anyone deserves better than this. Anytime there is a sexual harassment issue or an ethics issue it is never taken care of and they just transfer the perpetrators to other stores.

Pros

If the benefits are even worth it.

Cons

This may have just been the Chipotle I’ve went for an interview for. I put my resume in for the job, for it to come back that I had gotten the job. Though, they did not contact me at all and I had to call them many of times to confirm for atleast a month to even get any information on it. After a month, I finally went in for an interview and got the confirmation to come in next week. The manager actually had the audacity to say, “Oh my gosh. It’s been a month? Why didn’t you say anything?”. You mean to tell me.. after calling multiple times throughout the month.. the employees telling me that the manager is not there and said they would let them know.. isn’t saying anything? Let me tell you, you are literally on your own out there also. No one trains you to do anything, because they just expect you to know how to run their business. Manager was very rude to me, always watching me and telling me that I was doing something wrong then not even telling me how to do it? I’ve worked at Panda Express before so I’ve had experience in Front line which is what I told them at the interview. They put me into the back which I was not used to and complained about everything I did. I would definitely not work here unless you know the manager yourself. It wasn’t even just me that was lost, everyone was. Absolutely terrible.
