Pros

Chipotle has high standards for food, and is willing to train people to be successful in the food industry. Some restaurants are so serious about it, they will only hire workers who say they want to open their own restaurant some day. Free shift meals help offset the low pay. Easy transfer process, once trained. Tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Chipotle is allotted around $1.50 to spread across the ENTIRE staff in bi-annual raises, meaning hourly workers receive a minimum of 5 extra cents per hour after six months of work, max 25 cents. The corporate structure encourages higher ups to send brutally tight expectations down to stores with no consideration for workers. Employees have historically sued for abusive working conditions and unethical time theft from the company itself.

Pros

reasonable pay if you do the work they incline you to do benefits are amazing if you want to use them!

Cons

managment is a chipotle thing, if youre hired and they say its just the "store" they are lying dont get involved with the people, just come and go to work for a stress free life involve you with other jobs, aka as in doing 3 other peoples jobs if they arent picking up slack and if youre any better you'll be asked to do it, youre there for you and your pay, not others. Depending on store sales, chipotle is huge on saving hours, you are allowed to say no if youre scheduled for a certain time! they'll find someone else to send. "stress free" work environment is basically non existent if you put your blood, sweat, and tears into this company.
