Pros

Free food? People not in management are nice I guess.

Cons

Your timeline to do literally everything in this place (even your illegal 10 minute break) is completely unreasonable and on top of being understaffed in back of house 100% of the time, you're killing yourself if you want to work here for long periods of time. They only promote from inside the company so you have management that has only been working for 2 months and are 16-17 year olds. Training involves maybe 3 days then you are on your own, by yourself, expected to do everything that a full team of people should be doing.

Not the best, not the worst

Pros

Tuition reimbursement, free degrees in certain fields, fun environment when everything goes to plan

Cons

Frequent employee call outs, employees take advantage of the sick policy very often. Employees can call 30 minutes before a shift and say they're throwing up and immediately get a free pass off for the day. Employees often will ask others to cover their shifts and, if no one can, they will claim to be throwing up and be given the day off. If anything is said to the employees after being told they're throwing up, we can be fired.
