Pros
As a current employee, I can say that there are benefits and disadvantages when working for Chipotle. Advantages: - Great food variety and choice; can always splurge or eat healthy. - Free uniforms; they look good and you can always get hats and shirts for free. - Clean procedures; it's an efficient system that's very impressive.
Cons
- Imbalanced work; Cashier cannot restock, clean, and maintain the front cashier area, dining room, and bathroom during peak hours. It's impossible without making mistakes. - Management can be abusive; when mistakes are made, their favor is king. They're right, you're wrong, and they have the cameras in their favor. - Bad employee treatment; they like to throw the word termination around a lot and will do anything to go home early, since they're on salary.
