Pros

A lot of benefits including free meals, health insurance, and financial aid for college. The supervisor is very welcoming and understanding He/she does not force you to deal with excessively rude customers when you feel uncomfortable, and is always open to listening to employees' opinions. Great part time job for college students.

Cons

The restaurant is always busy. You have to work in a really fast-pace. It can be exhausting sometimes but it will help you become more efficient with your job and what you want to do in the future.
