      Needs to refocus on its people

      Pros

      You learn knife skills if you're a grill or BOH person.

      Cons

      The company no longer cares for it's workers. Even before getting a new CEO, the company no longer focused on their "people culture" and instead worried about the profit being made. They like to sell their employees the idea of a career ladder within the company, when in reality all that occurs is that you get more and more exploited as you get promoted. Only a few stores that have retained their employees from 3+ years have maintained the "chipotle lifestyle" that once made chipotle a great place to work at.

      Pros

      builds great customer service skills and also u get a great experience working with food.

      Cons

      the store is usually very unkept and needs a good cleaning, we run out of things we need a lot because managers forget to reorder and when there is a situation they are not handled as they should .our managers don’t even know what the rules are themselves. the store it self is steady we serve large amounts of people. but staff is very undertrained and they managers dump new people on the line that have never had any experience and expect them to know how to do their job properly and productive. we do also have a staff member that sexually harasses customers management knows and he still works for chipotle.
