      Pros

      The community is great. You are always working with fun people. I loved having simple tasks and straight forward goals.

      Cons

      It is a customer service job no matter how you want to think of it. You are there to give people what they want - which is easy most of the time, but not always.

      Pros

      free food and good pay,

      Cons

      no one to help me prep except one other person who works diff shifts. no music in the back. I'm just there all alone. Here's a real review do not work there in the back expecting a good time, expect silence and frustration and loads of dishes, lots of food to cut and wash, your hands are gonna be dry, your arms are gonna have cuts and bruises.

      great core values that are instilled from day one, and great training.

      Cons

      The only reason there is a con, is due to the lack of acknowledgement during the last year at my position. I was working 5-6 days a week and doing excessive OT, i had been working to become Apprentice prior to this last year and by the end of the year did not get a promotion. I was working as an Apprentice w/out the title, and did not feel appreciated or get the recognition i deserved. The person above me also quit for this reason as she was not recognized as General Manager.
