Pros

In the beginning with Steve Ells, the company may have been too harsh on employees with too many standards and a cult like cultivation with consistent chip talks amongst other mind stimulating topics and activities. But, there was people culture and a family like setting for employees. Encouraged to work as a team, not JUST a job. NOT JUST business.

Cons

Apparently they have a new no rehire policy of former employees whether or not they are re-hirable. NO EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER. That being said I believe its unfair and slowly transitioning to a typical fast food restaurant not long before dehydrated beans and meat come into a chipotle near you. The new CEO is clearly only after money and care less about the culture chipotle once had about believing in each other and empowering one another. Now its more business and people clearly don't matter anymore. Good luck chipotle because your people culture is now a memory.
