Pros

My managers is super kind and understanding. With my flexible schedule, I’m able to balance my work and personal life without the pressure of overworking myself. My teammates are very helpful, which made my first few weeks on the job not as overwhelming as I thought. Overall, Chipotle holds a very high standard for themselves in providing a diverse and comfortable work environment for both their employees and customers.

Cons

Many times as cashier, I’ve encountered rude customers during rush hour. The pay is good for a first-time job, but tips are low. Also, there is a fast and quick work pace that can be very stressful (both mentally and physically). In other words, I feel that their is a lot of pressure for workers to provide a lot in a short period of time, so it really comes down to doing as much as you can as quick as you can.
