Containing; - Checklist's for each stage of the employee's progression. - Weekly entry section to be filled out during 1 on 1 talks with their Manager. - Note's section for writing down technical instructions (computer tasks, inventory tips, ect.) -- Paid breaks, every lunch break includes free meal. -- Quick promotions*
Cons
** Horrible turnover rate - 80%+ of employee's are employed less than 6 months. ** - Poor training. Assume that you will be training yourself on specific details. - After first few weeks, expect inconsistant hours. - Very positive interactions between new hires and managment for first week or so. It is just a front. - Tolerates immaturity, gossip, and disparagement.
