      Too much stress.

      Pros

      Paid Breaks Free food while on the clock and 50% off while off the clock.

      Cons

      Short staffed in most area stores Overworked/doing two or three jobs in a shift Focused too much on cleaning and "cut sizes" rather than customer service. Not friendly towards high school and college schedules

      Pros

      The fast pace is exciting and keeps it from getting boring. High standards are challenging but not unmanageable. Depends on the store, but I have worked for two so far and have enjoyed both.

      Cons

      Claim to encourage empowerment and independent thinking but often quash such attempts in reality. Many rules seem to have been made by people who have never set foot in one of the restaurants. Don't have a whole lot of other work experience to base this on, but I hear that the work is harder and the pay is less here than some other places.

      -Flexible schedule -opportunity for advancement -on job training -good pay for management

      Cons

      -hourly pay for crew is not sufficient for the amount of work you have to preform daily -Management is most offen in competent due to the rapid advancement of promotions -you are ether a high performer or low performer no in between.
