      Pros

      flexible scheduling, great people, fast paced, clean environment, tips, you learn how to do more than just one job, benefits (if you need them), sick time

      Cons

      super busy at times, every job has that one manager, open late, fake nails not allowed (every other food related job I have had doesn't care)

      Pros

      Chipotle is all about quality. Working there, you will learn about the quality of the food, the quality of the food safety practices, and the value this company places on people who VALUE quality across the board... but I have never been with a company who is so passionate and aggressive about identifying people who have a passion for self improvement. Not only that, they value raising up leaders. If you are looking to Chipotle as a first job, you will be challenged. But you will learn skills and disciplines that will be invaluable to you through every endeavor you pursue moving forward. If you are looking for a leadership role, Chipotle cultivates a strong promotion culture, and is unparalleled in refining and preparing future leaders to rise up and take control of their futures.

      Cons

      It is NOT EASY. The expectations for every Chipotle employee are high, higher than some people are used to. If you are looking for an easy paycheck where you can just show up and do the bare minimum, then you will probably be disappointed with Chipotle. If you want to work here, be prepared to work hard. Be prepared to be humbled. Be prepared to become flexible. And be prepared to be challenged to be better. You decide if that's a Con or a Pro.

      I have opened up as a person let's say coming out of my shell ,I have been pushed and cheered on to do better Andi only see a positive forward movement with me and this fine company
