Pros

Free food was great- you could eat as much as you could keep down. Additionally; collecting tips each day was nice.

Cons

Extremely high expectations, low moral, minimum wage, intense cross training, illegal labor practices. Very hot environment, physical labor.

Good food with a meaning Supports local farmers and organizations well Emphasis on promoting from within (besides Team Leader or higher, which is a mistake)

Cons

Hourly management severely underpaid for expectations given Compromised its care for employees and management due to food illness outbreak Doesn't allow any overtime and hourly schedule expectations are difficult to meet due to no designated training hours

Pros

Free and 50% off food, growth opportunity, learning experience, met great friends

Cons

Corporate is very tough and strict. Every few weeks, we would have district managers come in and question us about really dumb things. Some of the district managers were really stuck up like they were better than everyone.
