Supportive teams, tuition reimbursement, great PTO, nice benefits.

Cons

HR was not willing to let me negotiate pay, told me flat-out no, but you should still try.

Pros

The staff that I get the chance to meet are all amazing and so sweet! I am never afraid to reach out and ask for help from anyone and they are all super supportive.

Cons

The college itself is going through a lot. With policy changes that impact students, their seems to be a lot that could be fixed.
