The college tries to keep health insurance costs down. Professional development opportunities are good. President Barker does a great job.

Cons

Some supervisors need training in how to properly treat and motivate people, although some supervisors are great.

Benefits are pretty good compared to other places in the area. Lots of resources available for learning and professional development.

Cons

Puts programs before employees so there never seems to be money to give out for raises. Pays way below market value.
