Pros

Straight forward compensation structure. Was able to make a lot of money really fast. Weekly payroll. My manager helped me a ton.

Pros

Extremely goal-oriented. The pay was solely commission at a fixed rate per sale. Hours were flexible, you basically get out what you put in.

Cons

There were some pay discrepancies that I experienced. It was also a relatively fresh company so it was a little disorganized with mediocre training.
