Great company, great pay, but it’s D2D

Pros

Awesome culture, great leaders that truly care about their employees, level-headed management, opportunity to make 6 figures, “blitz” schedule of 6 days on, 8 days off is spectacular. The Google Chat that’s established gives great opportunity to feel like a team, even with people across the country. If you want to cut your teeth in sales, there’s not a lot of better opportunities out there.

Cons

Door to door sales, some of the vendors that are sold don’t have great customer service in place (not a Chipr issue). No long term benefits in place, currently.

Pros

I am privileged to work with such an amazing group of individuals. We live by values, in which we build upon every day! The commission structure is unmatched! My dreams are huge, and because of Chipr, I'm turning my dreams into realities, one day at a time! I ❤️ MY job! I love the interesting people I meet every day, I love the triple digits I'm making my first year, and I love waking up in the morning and saying "I GET TO GO TO WORK TODAY" I just accepted an offer as Area Manager, in Tucson, Arizona and look forward to building a Powerhouse team there! #COMEJOINTHESCURRY

Bad communications, terrible management , to much politics, will use any excuse to take money away from you, lies about commission every check ,
