      Pros

      Its our tax dollars at work - government gives preferential treatment to unqualified minorities. The good news is that they were able to win work because of a really good mentor. They are clever enough to use their mentor to their advantage. The bad news is that nobody on the leadership team or the staff knows anything about business or have a core competency. They are unfair to their staff.

      You can leave the job and move on.

      Pros

      There is a sisterly bond between the employees at Chitra. We are dedicated to each other so that we can grow and expand.

      Cons

      One of the challenges I face is the lack of consistency. I understand that what we do and what we are trying to accomplish has us running around. It is a new atmosphere that I am learning to work in and it is helping me to grow as a person.
