They use scare tactics to intimidate employees, asked me to take a 25% cut in pay to keep the job I already had when they took over our contract from another contractor, said they didn't have to follow the law requiring right of first refusal, dragged out the transition so we had less than a week to know if we even had a job offer after the transition, made it clear they wanted everyone to quit so they could fill jobs with people making less or leave them open and just keep the money until the contract runs out. Terrible to their client, terrible to their employees. Beware. I am leaving as soon as I can, but delayed starting to apply and interview because I really love my job, the people I work with now AND I thought I was going to get to keep my job because the Federal client staff recommended I stay.
