Pros
Chitra Productions is an awesome work environment. The CEO has done well to hire a diverse, multi-skilled team that really wants everyone to succeed. Every person on the team is willing to help out and teach you anything you want to know. There is so much room to grow with this company, and they are willing to help you gain the skill set to get there. The CEO knows the worth of her employees and treats everyone like family while provided constructive ways to improve and advance. The fast-paced work keeps my mind active, and I never feel like I am getting into a designer's block, because there is always something new to work on.
Cons
Being a small company means that everyone must wear many hats. Sometimes this can get a little overwhelming, but coworkers are always willing to step in and lend a helping hand. Sometimes the hours can be long, but when extra effort is required management always makes a point to let you know it was appreciated.
