      Supportive staff and great working atmosphere

      Pros

      I am able to telecommute or work in the office. The staff is friendly and supportive of each other--a wonderful atmosphere even when deadlines are tight. When my interview was scheduled, I was asked if I was ok with dogs because dogs frequent the office. I knew right away this group would not be stodgy, and I was right! I really like the challenges and opportunities offered here. The employees are talented, hard working, and dedicated.

      Cons

      When multiple deadlines happen, hours can be long, but this is no different from any other company in this industry. However, positive office energy really makes a difference, and I have not experienced continuous long hours.

      Pros

      This is a great company that really seems to care for the employees. The CEO is very accessible and easy to talk to, which is rare in most companies. This is a company that has much room to grow, so advancement is very likely. I have enjoyed my time here so far and leave each day feeling accomplished.

      Cons

      It is very fast paced and sometimes very long hours, but I enjoy not being bored.

      Pros

      The environment at Chitra is one that makes you feel valued as not only an employee but also as a person. The CEO is incredibly kind and positive even in difficult situations. She always has a positive and uplifting attitude and encourages each of the employees to be their best. The employee relations here is amazing. Every employee is genuinely supportive of one another and helps each other in times of need. There is always the ability to grow and learn new skills.

      Cons

      I can really only think of two cons, and one is unique to me. The biggest con for me is how far I drive to get to work. I usually am not willing to drive further than 20 minutes to work. I enjoy working with Chitra so much I am willing to drive an hour to get there. They also are very understanding of my drive and work with me to set up a productive schedule. My second con is that occasionally when deadlines are tight the hours can be sporadic. But even during those times, everyone is understanding and if they can help reduce some of your load they will genuinely offer help.
