The product is fantastic because it has a lot of protein, it tastes great and it's fairly priced. Good orientation on first day. Friendly employees.

Cons

When they eliminate your dept, you're out that day with no chance to find another job in the company. It doesn't matter if you're a good employee and have other skills.

Pros

Working for them is normally great, Standard shifts, pleasant co-workers, good supervisors, willing to train employees.

Cons

you will almost never advance, HR will always prioritize an external hire over promoting internally, Upper management rarely has any idea as they never leave their office. New plant manager Green screened himself into a employee video instead of going the 150yrds to the plant floor.
