Pros

Free yogurt, great community work, owner cares , brand is very respected everywhere

Cons

I am not everywhere but I see Too many people conflicts. Ruled by fear in some areas and ruled by favoritism in others, HR is not very effective in intervening and stop despite in the know. Don't do anything about it because it cannot influence most areas. Tough spot. Marketing Dept has no accountability, millions spend and continues without any real ROI. No real explanation. This affects morale at every level. Finance plays favoritism let the excessive spending go unchecked in some areas and come hard on areas who try to play by rules. Everybody in the company knows this and makes fun of it. Doesn't lead by example or respect or fairness. Some Sr leadership members blatantly ignores and ridicules any effort to improve leadership qualities at the top level

Empowering Managers to Keep Silent

Pros

Relatively flexible position with light work load. Fellow employees truly have a passion for the brand. Product has positive perception in the market place.

Cons

Team does what they are told even if it doesn't make sense or is contrary to good business practices. No manager is willing to challenge the status quo. Any that do are forced out of the company. Employees are asked to be problem solvers but solutions are never accepted by upper management and customers are left dissatisfied with service.

Absolutely horrible HR Leadership

Pros

Start-up vibe, free yogurt, good office location

Cons

Incredibly micro-managed, the HR leadership (specifically in NYC) is atrocious, they do not value their employees at all. Unable to grow, people are functioning at a much lower level than they are capable of.
