Benefits are good. People are great. Fairly relaxed work atmosphere.
Cons
In the last year there has been a ton of change at the C-Suite level. Chobani is slowly morphing into a "Big CPG" mentality, and losing some of the positives that came with being an innovative company. They are now mandating 4 days a week in the office, which many people are unhappy with. I feel very much in thr dark when it comes to everything from where the company is going to where my career is going. It is still a good company to work for, but slowly the list of "pros" is getting shorter and shorter when comparing to other CPG companies. It's really hard to understand why, after a record breaking year, C-suite leaders are let go, and a back to office mandate is given because we will "work better in office."
