The right hand, doesn't know what the left hand is doing. HR in New York is utterly abysmal, the director is absent most of the time and non responsive when in the building. There is no transparency. The private equity firm invested now seem to be good but Chobani will become another Yoplait - profits at any cost. Which is so sad because the original vision was so authentic and pure.

No work/life balance, company has changed a lot since the beginning. They preach a good culture but the actual atmosphere is terrible. Many employees are miserable. Employee morale is down and talked about openly. Work many holidays that most have off. No more room for upward growth, management constantly being replaced, high turnover in general. Have had to replace many people in hopes to make things better but it's only gotten worse each year. Reputation with consumers and customers is deteriorating. Neither their plants nor their offices are run well. No one seems to care that people are unhappy and even the employees aren't loyal to the brand after years of employment. The CEO has said and done some questionable things. Most are under compensated, hiring is difficult as company will not pay for good help.
