I worked at this company during a time of rapid growth and leadership change. The organization had strong strategic direction, but the internal environment was often tense and hierarchical. In my experience, senior leadership relied heavily on top-down decision-making and did not always encourage open dialogue or differing perspectives. Day-to-day communication could feel abrasive, with meetings that sometimes left employees feeling dismissed or undervalued. Leadership changes and office rearrangements often seemed to reflect shifting personal dynamics rather than business priorities, which affected morale and team cohesion. Externally, the company presents a polished and impressive image, but the internal culture did not always reflect that same professionalism.
