Pros

They hire great people. Retaining them is another conversation. New management sets expectations so that people know what tasks are important. ex merchandising, volume, selling etc

Cons

Many changes to executive suite. Previous management had a very hard time establishing goals and expectations. Nothing was ever clear. They would task us with different campaigns and gamify (win a prize for most cases sold) it rather than say it was required of the job. Then, they would turn around and put people on performance improvement plans for not playing their “games”. Some thought that certain tasks were optional.
