Poor management at the work

When you come onboard, you're expected to tell management what YOU plan to do at the job, including making your own schedule. You will receive absolutely zero training and then get blamed for not keeping a full schedule of things you want to do. It is not if you get fired, it is when you will get fired. HR has no backbone and knows what they're doing is unethical. My entire team got fired one by one, and then I was fired randomly on a Tuesday morning. The reason I was let go was because I told my manager I wasn't happy with my current position. "Well, we don't want you here then!" This place is a joke and is headed downhill fast. Stay far away!
