Pros

Work from home is available

Cons

There is very limited to no job training or training on company procedures leaving room for mistakes that managers & leads will blame on an untrained employee. I have seen employees basically beg for additional training from management and they never get it & a co-worker fired for many mistakes a lead was making. There is no HR support. There is not adequate support for team members. This organization has a fire culture, it is disorganized, unprofessional, and management does not seem to be concerned they are losing great employees.
