      I felt that when it was time for layoffs, women with small children were at a disadvantage and chosen first.

      Pros

      They actually care about their employees, have great benefits and opportunities for learning and growth. They have been extremely flexible and supportive during this pandemic which has been a lifesaver for me.

      I really haven't seen any downsides yet
