      Pros

      This company truly cares about people. The employees and the franchisees. I am very grateful that I get to work here with wonderful people and support our amazing franchisees. Pat Pacious is the best CEO I have ever had the honor to have, excellent leadership and communication. I have never worked somewhere that respected diversity and inclusion as much as Choice Hotels does.

      - bad management/must be able to understand Indian culture to exceed in job - poor hotel quality - many customer complaints - low salary
