      Good opportunities to grow, developing cutting edge tech, good compensation and okay benefits

      Cons

      As you climb in leadership, beware of the politics. It appears to be pretty corporate but it is still driven by personalities.

      reliant managers self organizing work load decent benefits clear understanding of how my work impacts and creates revenue for the company

      overly complicated projects lack of business requirements lack of SME knowledge among PO and stake holders change for the sake of change

      Pros

      Offices and Lobby are very inviting.

      Cons

      Very political and hierarchical. Upper management uses information to retain power / importance, instead of sharing with teams. Some VPs and Senior Directors are too junior without enough experience in their roles, or leading people.
