Hotel discount. Management provides many opportunities to learn about different areas in the company. Wide variety of employee resource groups to help you navigate your career.

Cons

Management that doesn't live the values. Some people are just dicks. Pay that isn't always on par with similar organizations.

Nice location; nice Cambria hotels

Cons

Extremely understaffed--every Analyst and Sr. Analyst that treat their job seriously are overworked. No bonus for those that produce most of the work and get the company moving. VP treats his favorite analyst unfairly nice without any consequences. There is an award to recognize employee performance outside of bonus structure but there is no clear direction to encourage management to nominate their direct reports for the award. Hence, you have 1 person with 5 awards and others in another team with no awards whatsoever. Very touchy-feely kinda of environment. Very political.

The Southwest headquarters building in Scottsdale is beautiful and inviting.

Cons

I have never been treated so poorly buy a management and directorial team as I had been by this company. I have 20 years experience in customer service as a supervisor and manager. I've dealt with Shady business dealings in the past but the subversion and disrespect I experienced while with this company was like none I had ever seen before.
