Worst leadership. The new CIO is a people person, but thats about it. He has not brought any changes to the organization. He seems genuine in engaging people, but his leadership is not. He needs to hire good people who can bring the culture up. He has brought a new build leader from Wells Fargo. The few interactions I had with her, she was very hierarchical and bossy! She thinks too much about herself and looks down on people. She is not going to fit Choice culture for sure if she thinks high of her. He brought another leader for Run in my organization, who was hierarchical and bossy as well! He has no value for people and is highly toxic. I am glad i did not work for him directly, but I did see my manager having trouble with him. I did not leave because of these people, but if these people dont change, many people reporting to them will leave for sure.

A new company recently purchased this property. Change in effective policies. Ineffective management team. There is no benefits provided. No health insurance nor high enough wages to cover basic health care. No dental, No vision. No 401k or retirement plans in place. No room for growth in this industry. Favoritism at this specific location with preferred employees. No security on property.
