This Federal Way Property is very well kept. Exceptional staff with customer service knowledge. Pleasant Clientele on a daily basis.

Cons

A new company recently purchased this property. Change in effective policies. Ineffective management team. There is no benefits provided. No health insurance nor high enough wages to cover basic health care. No dental, No vision. No 401k or retirement plans in place. No room for growth in this industry. Favoritism at this specific location with preferred employees. No security on property.
