Pros

The only pro here are the people who work there- they are kind, smart and resilient

Cons

exec leadership is super out of touch, companywide surveys that go nowhere, no accountability with people leaders who are notoriously bad at their jobs, required 4 days in office to "improve the culture," super lean teams which makes them have more than their own job responsibilities and that is made as the norm, notorious low pay. We are told day 1 that this place is where you are not a number and that used to be true years ago but after hearing how they laid off people- you are truly number at the end of the day. They want to focus on our mental health- how does removing team members we need, not adding more headcount, not paying us enough and making us come in to have leaders just keep their doors closed help?

Pros

There are none so do not apply.

Cons

Employees that were laid off did not receive the promised severance. Do not have headquarters in the U.S. and farm out jobs to India. Wyndham stay as far away as you can!

Pros

Get to learn lot of new technology, benefits are ok.

Cons

QA department has revolving door where people join and leave in short time. There is no effort for retention. No plan for career development for most QAs. You can go through 4 to 6 managers in couple of years and each time start from scratch. Nepotism everywhere and you be lucky to get 2-3% raise yearly, Good talent do not tend to stick around here.
