Great resources for employees terrible sub-cultures departmentally

People there were friendly and hardworking Great office facilities Promotes work-life balance Very racially diverse and skillset diverse

Cons

Each department runs completely differently. There isn't a unified company culture and most are often unaware of what's happening company-wide. They also are big on hiring temp workers that they like to bring in and dispose of frequently and it disturbs team synergy. Terrible onboarding process.

Worst Leadership with favoritism and racism

The old leadership was good. Cheap hotels.

Cons

Being part of Asian origin, this company talks about inclusion and diversity but i see that only in talks. White people who talk more and work less are promoted while people like me with H1 sponsorship are working super hard with no recognition and promotion. I will quit the company once i get my H1 transfer done. Racism everywhere. Shame on the company.
