-Flexible work schedules -Maternity Benefits -Company-wide social events -Involved upper management -Pays well especially for those in the Bonus Pool

Cons

-No clear career planning or progression -Management does not ensure staff get proper training to stay afresh of the industry standards -Random layoffs or firing (especially for associates that's been with the company for a long time)
