      Pros

      Provides the tools and resources to allow you to excel in your position without hindering or blocking creativity. You can control your destiny and you have freedom to be yourself.

      Cons

      Choice hotels is a very big company with many associates and departments, sometimes navigating for newer associates is daunting, although the tools are there to assist.

      Pros

      They give you food around the Holidays

      Cons

      Health insurance is pointless here. Managers are great at micromanaging, you get in trouble for taking a restroom break, they question you when you are sick and have a dr note. Only like you if you kiss up to management. This place is great if you are part of the IT dept. If you are in customer service you don't matter and are easily replaceable.
