      Unreliable Perks

      Pros

      Signing guests up with choice privileges memberships come with some great rewards. You can use the points that are earned for gas cards, trips, etc.

      Cons

      The point system is unreliable. I was stripped of $1200 worth of points that I planned to use on groceries. There is no timeline available for when the points will be returned. Picture an employer stating that they would pay you $1200 for a service, they paid you that $1200, then took that $1200 away with no warning or timeline of when that money would be returned (or if that money would be completely returned to you).

      Pros

      - People are really nice to work with - cooperative atmosphere overall. - Management is continuously looking at employee engagement survey results to understand how employees at all levels evaluate their experience at Choice. - The HQ are located in a nice building.

      Cons

      - Benefits aren't great - health insurance is very expensive. - No bonus incentive at my level. - Career growth potential is not superb - you can get promoted to Project Manager or Project Director for the sake of being rewarded without getting assigned any direct reports.
