      Night Audit - Perfect work study

      Pros

      Able to study for school durning the graveyard shift. Fair compensation at 9 an hour. Flexible with scheaduling and easy to pick up more shifts.

      Cons

      Training and support are lacking. Many instances I find myself trying to figure out the system and dos and donts.

      Pros

      Really great company with great benefits. They did a complete culture shift in my 4 years there, and became a very people-oriented company. Still lots of quirks with senior leadership and unrealistic goals and demands, but in general the people are great and provides access to a lot of great resources.

      Cons

      Senior leadership was an old boys club. One in particular who was in charge of marketing, sales and distribution borderline mistreated employees by not even saying hi in a hallway or acknowledging any of his employees that bust their butt for him. A lot of favoritism to certain people, but again that's just one person not the whole company.
