      Pros

      the atmosphere is really friendly. people are nice to your face. the food is top notch. employees get a shift meal. you can work any extra hours you want up to 40 hrs/wk.

      Cons

      zero leadership, poor management, there are too many managers. gossip is really bad there. they preach teamwork but don't have any group meetings. there is a lot of favoritism. there is punishment for any employee earning overtime.

      Pros

      Comfortable working conditions, great place to learn clerical work for many enviornments, discounts for Bolton valley during ski season, great employer, the interview was swift and provided me the opportunity to be myself. I had to do choice advantage online for like a day and them was trained on different shifts to prepare for working night audit alone.

      Cons

      Raises based on owner but that's the industry/Vermont. Nothing really bad that needs to be fixed
