      Pros

      It is enjoyable work, but there is not much opportunity for growth. I enjoy being my own supervisor as well as meeting new people.

      Cons

      There are no benefits, no paid holidays or vacations, and no raises. Even after working here for a number of years, there is no accrual of vacation hours.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Have the ability to reward my employees with cash. Strong Leadership Lots of opportunity for growth and training to get you there. Working around highly gifted IT staff Teamwork - teamwork, teamwork. Choice puts a lot of money into teamwork in outings, social events patio events to get to know your neighbor. Latest and greatest technology is a HUGE plus HR makes sure to invest the time in onboarding as well as continued support.

      Cons

      Some Administrators act entitled, when they should understand how great compared to other places where no one cares for your career.
