      Pros

      Fabulous management! I think they could be a little more anal about their processes but the laid back environment is exceptional. We roll a good, trustworthy team of individuals. We all strive to please our guests as much as we can. Can't please everyone, but we do well. EXCELLENT location with a stellar view of the Rockies.

      Cons

      Guys/Gals - Show up on time! That is the only negative - you never know when you will get cut loose. It's all good :) I see it as more in my paycheck - LOL I love our current staff!

      Pros

      Work-Life balance, good pay and lots of learning opportunities. I am treated very well. Hybrid work.

      Cons

      I commute over an hour.
