      Pros

      Overall, a good place to work at with a very diverse culture but some slightly old school practices that might need a makeover.

      Cons

      Not very forward thinking at the moment, when it comes to permanent role positions that allows employees to work from anywhere they have a reliable internet connection. They are mostly a hybrid environment, unless you were one of the lucky ones that did get approval during the pandemic.
