Company stands for a very good cause...changing the face of fast food one salad at a time. Our restaurants are so busy and it feels good to be part of a winning team.

Cons

It is a high intensity environment where you need to work hard and have a sense of urgency about everything. Not for the faint of heart!

Every day is unique, and you have the chance to shine and be proactive, creative and even have fun. The best part is the team work that we've created, it is the only way to serve our demanding but also generous clients, who are not only looking for a healthy and delicious salad, but also deserve a great, quick, highly quality service that we deliver. I started as a cashier in the delivery station, and with hard work, perseverance and love for what I do, I was able to find my way into a career in this great company.

Cons

It was hard for me to get used to being standing up all the time, specially for the long shifts. The good news is that I ended up getting used to it. The schedule also changes almost week to week, so it was a little difficult for me, at the beginning, to adjust to the variations, but at the end, I also got used to that.

There is so much passion for our product running through the office. Everyone is excited about the company and growing it to its greatest potential. There is room to grow within the company. Hard work does not go unnoticed. CEO is the best guy I've had the pleasure of working with. The founders of the company are present and care for each and every employee.
