Is a growing company. A lot of great positive people. You will never be bored a lot of work at all time.

Cons

A lot of the times you will be working more in position then actually managing. I feel the pay for the staff is to low.Is a lot of work really hard labor this job is not for everybody. The Assistant Managers do not receive bonuses or 401k. I feel that some type of certified training program should be in place. This can motivate the staff to want to train. Is not fair they have to train with out any incentive to do so.

Very busy and fast pace environment, Always have to move with a sense of urgency.
