Chopt in general is a family! It's all about helping each other out through the journey that awaits. "Team work makes the dream work". The best thing about it all, it's fun!

Cons

Chopt is like a sport if you dislike loosing, there are no cons. In the beginning you will fill a little soar but after a couple reps you are all good!

Company stands for a very good cause...changing the face of fast food one salad at a time. Our restaurants are so busy and it feels good to be part of a winning team.

Cons

It is a high intensity environment where you need to work hard and have a sense of urgency about everything. Not for the faint of heart!
