      Great benefits package, transparency from the top, friendly & welcoming work environment, an opportunity for growth, extensive orientation before being thrown into the role.

      Cons

      KC office is still new & growing, currently in a small space, but that will be changing soon!

      Pros

      - People culture led to hiring colleagues that were great to work and socialize with even if just for a short time - good networking - Codebase wasn’t the worst but representative of what happens when you have a 100 person team that shrinks to 30 over the years. They need to reduce the number of services.

      Cons

      - Company can’t find Product Market Fit so constantly chasing revenue experiments like putting up obnoxious ads to diners - Hiring quality seems to have gone downhill due to the above, impacting hires from the very top all the way down - Went from a CEO passionate about the product to someone that apparently admitted preferring competitors apps - Leadership town halls imply a weak or missing strategy from the top and frankly, word salad explanations for anything critical - Did I mention layoffs? They seem to be about every 6 months, plus they’ve forced out over half the leadership team since the start of the year.
