Creative, excited company that is constantly working to make their product better and better. Great benefits including group workout classes, ping pong tournaments, company BBQs and free daily coffee and snacks!

Cons

None to speak of...Excellent blend of young minds and seasoned professional working together to strengthen and grow the product.

Pros

My manager did their best to be supportive, accessible, and optimistic despite the challenging periods I experienced while working there.

Cons

1. Quota is unachievable. In 2024, only around 3-4 salespeople in the entire company hit quota. They will lie in your interview process and say nearly everyone hits quota. This is false. Nevertheless, company is raising quota. Commission checks will not be nearly as high as you may hope or anticipate, so this should be factored into the decision-making process. 2. KPIs are constantly changing as the focus and priorities shift every week, and managers will micromanage the number of calls, texts, and emails sent on an hourly basis. 3. Interim executives are condescending, confusing, and accusatory. On a weekly basis they suggest that salespeople lack the drive and initiative and that is why quotas are not being hit across the entire company. 4. Company morale is at an all-time low as executives often admit, but they rarely make an effort to ameliorate these issues. 5. Lay offs constantly. I did not feel safe or secure in my job.

We appreciate your honest feedback. First off, we are sorry that you did not have a positive experience while you were with the company. There have been recent changes with the sales leadership team in order to reset and take a step back to evaluate what was not working. As a result, KPIs and quotas have been simplified in an effort to reduce the likelihood of micromanagement and set a more consistent expectation for sales representatives. There is also a revaluation of performance reviews currently underway to refine how leadership measures success. In addition, we are taking steps to begin to improve company morale by reinstating promotions so the team feels valued and recognized for their contributions. The interim executive leadership team is taking the time to understand the root cause of the issues that led to reductions in force and reflecting on better ways to build relationships across the organization.

Pros

Compensation is fair to start and they provide many opportunities for raises. Benefits were incredible, but maybe that's because I came from non-profit standards.

Cons

Management protect each other no matter what and HR is useless. They try so hard to pump everyone up with toxic positivity but burnout is company wide.
